Returns, Cancellations, and Customer Support

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If more than two hours has passed, your order may be processed, and at that point, we only offer exchanges. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We take great care to ensure your order is accurate and in perfect condition. However, if there’s an issue, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange to return the item(s) and exchange them. Please ensure items are in their original packaging for a smooth exchange process.
